Sen. Kenneth Keating, New York Republican, took the Senate floor today to express welcome to Ambassador-designate Avraham Harman of Israel.
Senator Keating said Mr. Harman “is no stranger to our shores, and like his gifted and distinguished predecessor, he had made many friends in America.” The Senator said, “I salute the incoming Ambassador from Israel and wish him every success in his new post.”
