New London opened its campaign for the United Palestine Appeal. The sum of $3,100 was raised at the opening meet (Continued on Page 4)

The following are the members of the local United Palestine Appeal Committee: Samuel Chertoff, Chairman; Mrs. S. J. Selleck, first Vice-Chairman; M. Mallove, second Vice-Chairman; Wm. Popkin, third Vice-Chairman; Harry Sharaf, Treasurer; Miss Rose Wein, Secretary; and Louis Cohen, Chairman, Arrangements Committee.

In Norwich, Conn., the local committee is composed of Rabbi Joseph Rosenberg, Chairman; Abraham Cramer, Vice-Chairman; Michael Levin, Vice-Chairman; Rabbi Max Stamm, Treasurer; M. I. Silverman, Secretary. Four thousand dollars of the $6,500 quota was pledged at the opening of the drive.
