A new daily Yiddish newspaper will be published here to succeed the Zeit, the last remaining Yiddish daily, which ceased publication last week after 37 years, it was announced here today.
The announcement said that a company with a capital of 10,000 pounds may be established next week to publish the new daily. The first issue is expected to appear in January.
