The Israeli Parliament gave the final reading yesterday to a supplementary budget bill calling for $173 million expenditures of which $16 million is for defense. With this additional appropriation, the total budget approved for the 1967-68 fiscal year now exceeds $2 billion.
The Knesset also approved two laws providing for the floating of additional internal voluntary loans.
