Funeral services will be held this morning at Central Synagogue, Fifty-fifth street and Lexington avenue, for Dr. P. William Nathan, orthopedic surgeon, who died Saturday at the age of 63. Dr. Nathan was head of the orthopedic service at Mount Sinai Hospital until he retired recently. Burial will be at Mount Neboh Cemetery, Brooklyn.
