An effort to survey the amount of German goods on sale by Jewish merchants in this city was under way this week. The Anti-Nazi Minute Men are seeking this information prior to taking action relative to picketing, Edgar H. Burman, head, said Friday.
Funeral services will be held this afternoon (Sunday) for Dr. Joseph Henschel of the Hotel Bretton Hall, who died suddenly Wednesday night while lecturing to 150 physicians at the New York Academy of Medicine. Dr. Henschel was an authority on physical therapy.
