New York Rabbinical Leader to Make Survey of Jewish Religious Life in 15 Countries

A nine-week mission for the purpose of surveying the status of Jewish religious life in 15 countries will be undertaken by Rabbi Harold H. Gordon, general secretary of the New York Board of Rabbis, it was announced today by Rabbi Simon G. Kramer, president of the Board, which represents 450 Orthodox, Conservative and Reform rabbis.
