A final judgment dissolving the Ku Klux Klan in New York was granted today in Supreme Court by Justice Joseph A. Gavagan on a motion of Attorney General Nathaniel L. Goldstein. The Attorney General said that he could now prosecute anyone belonging to the Klan.
