The seventy-fifth anniversary of the birth of Dr. Theodor Herzl will be observed here tonight with a mass-meeting in the Fuld Hall of the Y. M. H. A under the sponsorship of Zionist, fraternal and religious groups. Mayor Meyer C. Ellenstein heads the sponsoring committee. Speakers will be Dr. Stephen S. Wise and Aaron Levin-stone, president of the Newark Zionist District.
