Dr. Carlos Prio Socarras, newly-elected President of Cuba, told newspapermen today that, like his predecessor President San Martin, he is opposed to the plan to partition Palestine into separate Arab and Jewish states. Cuba joined the Arab states last Nov. 29 at the U.N. General Assembly in voting against the partition resolution.
