The 25th World Zionist Congress will be held at the end of this year instead of this coming summer, according to a decision here today by a committee of the Zionist General Council. The committee, headed by Dr. Miriam Freund, president of Hadassah, unanimously voted to postpone the Congress to provide additional time to negotiate with various non-Zionist groups with regard to their joining the World Zionist Organization.
