A deputation of the Jewish Parliamentary Party headed by Dr. Theodor Fischer, has been to the Ministry of Public Worship, and demanded that the Ministry should pay out immediately to the Jewish Communities the subsidies for Jewish religious requirements agreed to in accordance with the Law.

The General Secretary to the Ministry promised that as far as possible measures to this effect would be taken, but he went on to point out that the matter is rather one to be dealt with by the Ministry of Finance. The deputation of the Jewish Parliamentary Party will present its demand also to the Ministry of Finance.
