Non-Zionist members of the Jewish Agency for Palestine should organize local groups of non-Zionists in various countries and participate actively in the work in Palestine, instead of supporting the work individually, Professor Selig Brodetsky and Berl Locker demanded in speeches at the opening session of the conference of non-Zionist members of the Jewish Agency.

The Zionist leaders were speaking in the name of the World Zionist executive.

Among prominent non-Zionist members of the Jewish Agency present at the meeting are Dr. Cyrus Adler, Dr. Maurice B. Hexter, Samuel C. Lamport, Dr. Maurice Karpf and others.

Reports were submitted to the conference by Professor Brodetsky on the Jewish Agency and the political situation; Dr. Hexter on finances and Mr. Locker on the necessity for non-Zionist activity in the work for Palestine.

The conference is of an unofficial nature.
