Norman Bentwich, former Attorney-General of Palestine, and at present serving as an officer with the Royal Air Force, will shortly proceed to Ethiopia to draw up a new constitution for that country, it was learned today. Mr. Bentwich has been asked to come to Ethiopia by Emperor Haille Selassie. He is professor of international relations at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
