Norman S. Goetz will head the 1942 merged appeal of the New York and Brooklyn Federations of Jewish Charities on behalf of 116 affiliated medical and social welfare agencies serving New York City, it was announced here today. Michael G. Appel, Mrs. David M. Levy, Carl M. Loeb, Jr., and Nathan M. Ohrbach, have been named to serve with him as associate chairmen of the drive, which will be launched in a few weeks. Mr. Geetz is a member of the law firm of Proskauer, Rose, Goetz and Mendelsohn.
