The United States Navy today announced that George Lincoln Rockwell, self-styled American Nazi “Fuehrer,” has been formally discharged from the U. S. Naval Reserve. He had held the rank of Commander.

A Navy spokesman said the Navy accepted recommendations of a four-man Naval review beard to discharge the 41-year-old Nazi agitator. The Navy said the discharge resulted from Rockwell’s “civilian activities.”
