(Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

Moses Novomejsky, Russian Jewish engineer, and Mr. Tulloch, Scotchman, who are about to receive the concession for the exploitation of the salts of the Dead Sea, left today for Palestine.

The belief was current that their departure was in connection with Sir Alfred Mon’s visit to Palestine. It is expected that negotiations will be continued on the spot for securing Sir Alfred’s financial backing for the concession.
