One of Australia’s leading Jewish philanthropists is planning to revamp soccer Down Under. Frank Lowy, who immigrated to Australia from Slovakia, is slated to be part of a three-man committee working to popularize the sport in a country where rugby and Australian Rules Football are more popular.
