One of the planners of the 1972 Munich Olympics massacre said Sunday he would appeal an Israeli High Court of Justice ruling to bar his entrance from Jordan to the Palestinian self-rule areas in the West Bank. The comments made by Mohammad Daoud Odeh came days after Germany issued a warrant for his role in planning the murder of 11 Israelis at the 1972 Games.
