Only Aliens Reaching Argentina After New Constitution is Ratified Must Become Citizens

The Argentine Foreign Office today informed all foreign diplomatic representatives here that President Juan Peron’s new draft of the Argentine constitution–which requires all aliens residing in Argentina for two years or more to become citizens–refers only to those foreigners entering the country after the new constitution is ratified.
