Ordinance Repeals Tobacco Export Duty in Palestine

The Ordinance to provide for the abolition of the export duty on tobacco, promulgated by the Palestine government states:

“Be it enacted by the High Commissioner for Palestine with the advice of the Advisory Council thereof that: This Ordinance may be cited as the Tobacco (Amendment) Ordinance, 1926, Section 3 (3) of the Tobacco Ordinance, 1925, imposing a duty on the export of tobacco is hereby repealed.”
