Organizers of a Czech property restitution fund said they will make initial payouts to claimants by the summer, despite bureaucratic hurdles. The Prague-based Endowment Fund for Victims of the Holocaust said it was processing more than 1,240 applications received before the deadline for claims, which passed at the end of last year.
