GALLACHER BASED HIS CHARGES ON THE DYNAMITING OF ARAB HOMES IN REPRISAL FOR TERRORIST ACTIVITIES. REPLYING TO HIS DEMAND THAT THE DYNAMITING BE DISCONTINUED, MR. ORMSBY-GORE DECLARED THERE WAS “NO INTENTION OF ALTERING THE LAW.”
