The American ORT Federation and the American Committee for OSE yesterday tendered a reception at the Hotel Biltmore to the Jewish leaders from Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, and other Latin American countries now on a visit here. A number of prominent Jewish leaders representing all shades of Jewish social life attended the reception called in the name of the two above organizations by George Backer, Baron Pierre de Gunzbourg and Boris Pregel.
Lord Marley, Dr. David Lvovitch, vice-president of the World ORT Union and Dr. J. Brutzkus, vice-president of the World Union of OSE extended their hearty welcome to the guests and thanked them for their activities in their respective countries on behalf of ORT and OSE.
