Dr. Aron Syngalowski, chairman of the executive of the World ORT Union, left today by plane for New York to start negotiations with the Joint Distribution Committee for further cooperation between the two groups. The JDC has been giving financial support to the ORT for its vocational training activities in Europe, North Africa and Israel.
