Ose Aids Alsatian Refugees in France

The OSE (World Union for Jewish Health Protection) has established in Perigueux, center for Alsatian refugees in unoccupied France, a dispensary with free medical consultations and a mobile ambulance to provide medical service for about 12,500 refugees in five concentration centers in this area, it was reported here today.
