The Waller Avenue Synagogue Sisterhood here will hold a card party January 17 to raise funds for the relief of German Jewish refugees. A committee headed by Henry Philipson, president of the Sons of Israel Congregation here, and Philip Rogers, will take up a house-to-house canvass for the same purpose.
