Palestine and Germany to Exchange Internees

Negotiations between Palestine and Germany for the exchange of women, children and aged men interned in these countries as enemy aliens are nearing completion, it was reported last night to the Commons by Richard K. Law, undersecretary for foreign affairs. The lists of the internees to be exchanged are now in preparation. The exchange may be effected before the arrival of winter.
