Hoisting a red flag with a Communist slogan enscribed upon it brought a sentence of two months’ imprisonment to Nahamiah Auerbach in the District Court here.
The offence supposedly occurred on Nazareth Road, where the accused is said to have fastened the banner to a telegraph pole.
