November 8, 1935
See Original Daily Bulletin From This Date

A shipment of 200 tons of Palestine potassium left for Italy today despite the fact that this Government has invoked sanctions against her. The sanctions, announced Monday, were retroactive to October 25. Since the order for the potassium had been placed prior to that date, it was not affected by the economic penalties. A similar shipment was dispatched to Italy several days ago. Today’s cargo included 1,500 cases of grapefruit.
