The non-Agudist Rabbinical courts in Jerusalem have telegraphed to Rabbi Zak of Riga, who has been invited to take the place of the late Rabbi Sonnenfeld as head of the Agudath Israel Community in Palestine, telling him that he must not accept the invitation before the matter has been considered by the Rabbinical courts, because his appointment to the position will cause dissension in the Palestine Jewish Community.
