Palestine Would Halt New Doctors

In order to halt an influx of Jewish doctors from countries where anti-Semitism makes it difficult for them to practice medicine, the Palestine government has worked out regulations which are to be published shortly. The new regulations provide that only citizens of Palestine be permitted to practice medicine.
