Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat will boycott visiting foreign dignitaries who refuse to meet Palestinian officials in eastern Jerusalem, according to the top Palestinian official in Jerusalem. Faisal Husseini said the new policy was in response to recent Israeli efforts to dissuade visiting dignitaries from holding such meetings.
