Palestinian Authority Prime Minister-designate Ahmed Karia condemned Tuesday’s terrorist attack near an army base in central Israel. “Such an act stresses once again” the need for “ways to end this killing,” Karia said, adding that he regretted that innocent lives are lost “as a result of violence and counterviolence.”
