Palestinian security forces arrested six Islamic Jihad members suspected of planning a terrorist attack inside Israel. The arrests were made Sunday near the West Bank city of Jenin. Palestinian officials said Ali Saffouri, who is on Israel’s most-wanted list, was among those arrested.
