See Original Daily Bulletin From This Date

A sixty-four page illustrated pamphlet, citing forty-three specific and typical examples of Nazi restrictions on Jewish athletes was issued here today by the Committee on Fair Play in Sports, non-sectarian group of which George Gordon Battle and Dr. Henry Smith Leiper are the co-chairman.

The pamphlet has been sent to the Amateur Athletic Union with an accompanying letter stating that the evidence cited offers sufficient cause for the withdrawal of the American team from participation in the Olympic Games if held in Nazi Germany. The committee requests that the record cited be presented at the December convention of the Union. Copies of the pamphlet have also been sent to the American Olympic Committee and the International Olympic Committee.
