A Congress of Pan-American Democracies is being planned for the last two weeks of February in Montivedeo to formulate a program of combating anti-democratic penetration of the Americas, it was announced today by the American Labor Party, which said it would be represented by its state chairman, Luigi Antonini. The conference, which will represent largely labor and liberal groups, will discuss as one of its principal questions racial problems and Fascism.
