“Patch Adams,” a doctor and clown profiled in a 1998 movie, arrived in the Gaza Strip. Adams, who was portrayed by Robin Williams in the movie, is visiting hospitals in the Middle East to meet children and give lectures to doctors and medical students on the use of humor in treating kids. He recently visited hospitals in Israel.
