Mrs. Estelle M. Sternberger, executixe director of World Peaceways, is returning from Europe today in the Cunard liner Aquitania, after a study of peace education abroad.
She has made arrangements to send abroad “the world’s largest book,” which will be exhibited in London, Paris, Oslo and Geneva. The book, “War, the Super-Racket,” contains 600,000 signatures in the form of a petition asking abolition of private profits from the manufacture of munitions and the establishment of a department of peace in the national government of every country in the world.
