Whether or not Germany, newly admitted into the Council of the League of Nations, is also to be given a place on the Permanent Mandates Commission will be decided at the session of the Commission which opened its deliberations here today.

The Commission will also take up the memoranda of the Zionist World Organization as the Jewish Agency, as well as the memorandum voicing the complaints of the anti-Zionist Palestine Arab Executive.

The Commission has received no memorandum this year from the Vaad Leumi, the National Council of Palestine Jews.

Last year such action was taken by the Council, but it was decided to abstain from submitting any memorandum this year.
