An announcement of definite plans for settlement of refugees in the Philippine Islands, under the aegis of the Intergovernmental Committee on Refugees, will be made within the next ten days, it was learned today following a meeting in New York yesterday attended by Paul van Zeeland, president of the Coordinating Foundation; Dominican Minister Andres Pastoriza, State Department representatives and members of the President’s Advisory Committee on Political Refugees.
