Pica Gets Land Near Jaffa, Arab Paper Complains

The Palestine Colonization Association (PICA) has acquired 45,000 dunams of land in the village of Baraka, in the Jaffa district, from a well-known Arab merchant who is heavily indebted, the Arab paper El Hayat complains. The paper also notes that the Jews are planning to purchase about 35,000 additional dunams in the Southern district.
