Pioneer Women Open Week-long Ceremonies Observing 41st Anniversary

Pioneer Women, the Women’s Labor Zionist Organization of America, today launched a weeklong series of events marking the 41st anniversary of the establishment of the group. The events will include street-naming ceremonies in cities and towns throughout the country, observance of United Nations Day at the U. N. building, and birthday luncheons in various cities. On Saturday, synagogues in various parts of the country will observe the event with appropriate ceremonies.
