POLAND PROPOSED TO THE LEAGUE OF NATIONS ASSEMBLY TODAY THE CREATION OF AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION TO FINANCE THE TRANSFER OF 100,000 PEOPLE FROM EASTERN AND CENTRAL EUROPE TO SOUTH AMERICA AT AN ESTIMATED COST OF THREE TO FIVE HUNDRED MILLION SWISS FRANCS.
