Poland completed its celebration of the eighth annual “Days of Judaism” this week in the city of Katowice. The central events, which are organized by the Catholic Church, take place in the city’s St. Peter and St. Paul Church, and include films and musical presentations, ecumenical meetings and lectures by rabbis, bishops and members of the Polish Council of Christians and Jews.
