Police in California arrested two teen-agers who allegedly defaced their school earlier this month with hate messages and swastikas after drinking. The act by the girls, aged 14 and 15, “appears to be a spontaneous act of juvenile stupidity,” said a police officer in the Santa Rosa Police Department.
