The first issue of a Polish daily newspaper, Gazeta Polska, made its appearance here today. This is the first time in the history of Palestine that a daily newspaper in the Polish language is published.
The Gazeta Polska, which will be the only Polish organ in the entire Near East, is published under the auspices of the Polish Consulate in Jerusalem. Its editor is Tadeusch Borowicz, noted Polish journalist.
