The conference of Jewish organizations held here today to create an all-Jewish representative body of Poland has fizzled out, despite the speakers on the behalf of all organizations emphasizing the perils that face the Jews of Poland at present, the danger of their economic extermination and the fact that their most elementary rights are not safe.
