Polish Zionist Majority for Agency Ratification

January 9, 1929
See Original Daily Bulletin From This Date

Concurrence in the action of the Zionist General Council ratifying the Jewish Agency pact between Louis Marshall and Dr. Chaim Weizmann was expressed in a resolution adopted by an overwhelming majority at a meeting of the Zionist party council here.

Deputy Isaac Gruenbaum and representatives of his opposition group, Al Hamishmar, voted against the resolution.

The party council selected a committee charged with the task of calling an all-Polish conference for Palestine to designate the Zionist and non-Zionist representatives to the extended Jewish Agency.
