Official announcement was made here today by the Orthodox Jewish community, the Agudath Israel, that the Pope had received a delegation from the Agudath in a lengthy private audience on the German-Jewish situation. Consul-General Guggenheim and Rabbi Defano took part in the consultation in the Vatican.
